1. Agreement to These Terms

These Terms of Service govern your use of the Lotplug online store and purchases made through shop.lotplug.com. By accessing the store or placing an order, you agree to these Terms, our Privacy Policy, Final Sale & Order Issue Policy, and Shipping & Delivery Policy.

3. Eligibility and Lawful Use

You must be able to enter into a legally binding agreement in your place of residence to place an order. You may not use the store for fraud, unlawful activity, interference with store operations, unauthorized access, malicious code, data harvesting, or infringement of another person’s rights.

4. Product Information

We make reasonable efforts to present product descriptions, options, availability, prices, and images accurately. Please review all available product information and selected options before purchasing. Products and quantities are subject to availability.

5. Orders and Acceptance

Submitting an order is an offer to purchase. An automated order confirmation acknowledges receipt but does not by itself guarantee acceptance or fulfillment. We may decline or cancel an order for legitimate reasons, including suspected fraud, payment failure, inventory unavailability, pricing or listing error, delivery restriction, or legal requirement. If we cancel an order after payment has been collected, we will issue the appropriate refund promptly.

6. Prices, Payment, and Taxes

Prices are shown in the currency displayed at checkout and may change before an order is placed. You authorize the selected payment provider to charge the total shown at checkout, including applicable shipping charges and taxes. You are responsible for supplying current and accurate billing and payment information.

7. Final Sales and Order Problems

All sales are final, and we do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind, fit or size preference, color preference, style preference, or other personal preferences. Damaged, defective, missing, incorrect, or undelivered orders are handled under our Final Sale & Order Issue Policy. Nothing in these Terms eliminates a right or remedy that applicable law does not permit a seller to waive.

8. Shipping

Orders are processed within 3 business days and currently ship only to eligible U.S. addresses. Rates, methods, and transit estimates are displayed at checkout. Full terms concerning tracking, delays, address errors, loss, and damage appear in our Shipping & Delivery Policy.

9. Store Content

The store design, written content, graphics, logos, and other materials created for Lotplug are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. You may use the store only for personal shopping and other lawful, non-commercial purposes. You may not reproduce, distribute, scrape, modify, or commercially exploit store content without permission.

10. Third-Party Services and Links

The store may use or link to third-party services, including payment processors, delivery carriers, and external websites. Those services may be governed by separate terms and privacy practices. We are not responsible for third-party websites or services outside our reasonable control, but this provision does not remove responsibilities that applicable law places on Lotplug as the seller.

11. Disclaimer

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the website and its general functionality are provided on an “as available” basis. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access. This disclaimer does not override an express product description, our responsibilities for an accepted order, or any warranty or consumer protection that cannot legally be excluded.

12. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Lotplug will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses arising solely from use of the website. Nothing in these Terms limits liability where limitation is prohibited, including liability arising from fraud, willful misconduct, gross negligence, personal injury where legally applicable, or non-waivable consumer rights.

13. Privacy

Our collection and use of personal information are described in our Privacy Policy.

14. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware and applicable federal law, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. This choice of law does not deprive a consumer of mandatory protections provided by the law of the consumer’s state of residence.

15. Severability and No Waiver

If any provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain effective to the extent permitted by law. A failure to enforce a provision on one occasion is not a waiver of the right to enforce it later.

16. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The revised version will be posted on this page with an updated date. Changes apply prospectively unless applicable law requires otherwise.
