Refund policy

All Sales Are Final

All purchases made through Lotplug are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind, fit or size preference, color preference, style preference, duplicate ordering, or any other personal preference. Please review the product description, selected options, shipping address, and order total carefully before completing your purchase.

Damaged, Defective, Missing, or Incorrect Items

The final-sale policy does not apply when:

  • an item arrives damaged or defective;
  • you receive an incorrect item or option;
  • an item is missing from your shipment;
  • a package is confirmed lost before delivery; or
  • a refund, replacement, cancellation, or other remedy is required by applicable law.

If there is a problem with your order, email furkansahin5248@gmail.com promptly after delivery, preferably within 7 calendar days. Include your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photographs of the item, shipping label, and packaging when relevant. Please keep the item and all packaging while we review the claim.

After reviewing the claim, we will provide an appropriate remedy. Depending on the circumstances, this may include a replacement, a refund to the original payment method, or another remedy required by law. If an approved item must be returned because it was damaged, defective, or sent incorrectly, we will provide return instructions and cover the authorized return shipping cost.

Do not send an item back without contacting us and receiving return instructions. The address listed in our Terms of Service is not an authorization to return merchandise.

Order Changes and Cancellations

Orders begin processing promptly, so changes and cancellations cannot be guaranteed after an order is placed. Contact us as soon as possible if you notice an error. Any cancellation or refund rights arising from a shipping delay, non-delivery, or applicable law remain unaffected.

Shipping Charges

Original shipping charges are not refundable unless the order issue resulted from our error, the package was not delivered, or a refund of those charges is required by law.

Legal Rights

Nothing in this policy limits any consumer right or remedy that cannot legally be waived. Where applicable law provides greater protection, that law controls.
